The Conical Co-rotating Twin-screw Extruder our patent product. It combines the advantages of Counter Rotating Twin-screw Extruder's high extrusion force and Parallel  Co-rotating Twin-screw Extruder's efficient

 plasticizing, featuring high compounding,  high shearing and extrusion force, good plasticizing.

 The productivity  of Conical Co-rotating Twin-screw Extruder is about two times as the

 other two kinds and the specific  power is only about 50%. The Conical Co-rotating Twin-screw Extruder will minimize the cost and maximize the profit.

The concial co-rotating twin-screw extruder equipped with auxiliary equipments is able to process PVC, PE, PP, PC, ABS, PS to pipe, pellet, sheet and profile.
