APPLICATION AND FEAURES:

This single screw extruder machine belongs to single-screw mixing extruder and it is the main machine for plastic extruding. It is used with relevant 

auxiliary machine (including shaping machine head) and screw, so that can satisfy the needs of

 different material extruding. It can extrude thermoplastics, such as hard and soft polypropylene

PVC\polyester, for example, pipe, stick, film, thread, cable insulation, hollow article etc.

1) Suitable for extruding all types of polyene materials 2) Can be combined with various auxiliary machinery 3) Suitable screws: 30, 45, 65, 90, 100, 120, 150, 200 4) Controller: Normal, HMC microcomputer controller (optional) 5) Length / diameter ratio can be changed (suitable between 25: 1 - 36: 1) 6) Specially designed screw, high-torque decelerator and high power DC motor ensure good mixture of material and high output

The machine is mainly made up of three-phase asynchronous motor, drive equipment, extruding parts, temperature controller equipment etc.
